Mision Express Celaya - Celaya (Guanajuato)

The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area, but unfortunately, the receptionists were unhelpful and the rooms disappointing. the parking area was spacious and well-lit, and the lobby was modern and tasteful. the rooms were poorly ventilated with outdated AC systems and not well-maintained. Although the beds were comfortable, the dirty bathroom was a major disappointment. the breakfast was decent, but the staff was not attentive.

The housekeeping team did not seem to prioritize the cleanliness of the rooms, and as a result, there were several issues with the condition of the room.

Good location near the highway. Spacious and clean rooms.

Unprofessional staff. We arrived late due to road closures, and the front desk staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating.

Arriving in a remote location was difficult, but we were glad to find a hotel with available parking and a nice lobby.

Our initial hopes were crushed. We were informed that our reservations could not be honored because of a supposed computer issue, and we were not given any alternative recommendations.
